Blueberry Muffins

These muffins are perfect whether you want them as a quick snack, breakfast on the go or eat them with yogurt, fruit & nut butter for a Sunday brunch like I did! Obviously had some coffee too.
Ingredients:
-1/4 cup coconut flour
- 1 teaspoon of acacia fiber powder(optional)
-1 egg
- 1/2 banana
-handful of blueberries(can sub for another fruit or choc chips)
-teaspoon of raw honey
-chia/flax seed blend
-cinnamon
-sea salt
-splash of almond milk
Place in muffin tins and put in oven for about 25 minutes at 350 degrees.
Like always, have fun with the toppings!
