Coco-nutty granola

This oven baked granola was so delicious that I planned on making some for the week to “lightly top my smoothie bowls with” and ended up eating it all in one day😂 good thing it’s packed with nutrients!! 

Here’s what’s in it! You really don’t need to measure, just grab a handful of each:  Almond flour (you could totally just do chopped almonds but I like the texture this gave the granola!) Walnuts Cacao nibs Coconut chips

Then add  Maple syrup Vanilla extract Sea salt (a pinch) And alllll the Peanut butter😊 Mix these all together then bake at 400 degrees for about 15 minutes

Use it to top a smoothie bowl with or  just enjoy as a snack or dessert!!
