Kale, Mushroom and Garlic Quinoa

If the title of the Quinoa recipe makes you question it, that just means you have to try it yourself.

I made this as a side for Thanks Giving dinner and it was a hit! (No, my family is not full of health nuts like me.)

Boil Quinoa for about 20 minutes. 1 cup of Quinoa for every 1 1/2 cup of water.

Add sea salt and pepper

Add mushrooms, garlic, and pieces of kale

That’s it. I’m not kidding. So easy.
