Oven roasted maple vegetables

You can use so many different vegetables for this but this is what I used: Brussels sprouts, squash and carrots.

Throw this on a tray and add cranberries and pecans to the mix

Drizzle with avocado oil

Place into the oven at 400 degrees for about 40 minutes to an hour

When time is up, top the veggies off with maple syrup(I know, sounds weird but trust me on this)

Tip* I actually mixed this with the quinoa (previous post) and OMG try it😱
