I will admit...these muffins might not LOOK that appealing but wait until you try them!
My coconut chocolate chip cookies(last post) had such a great coconut flour to egg ratio so I decided to use it again for this recipe.
1/3 cup coconut flour 2 eggs 1 tablespoon Avocado oil
Splash of home made walnut milk 3 tablespoons pure maple syrup Sprinkle of sea salt 2 tablespoons cacao powder
Bake for about 30 minutes at 350 degrees
