Green Pancakes!

Made these for St. Patrick’s day but these are perfect any day of the year!

I have been wanting to try and new pancake recipe for a while now and finally got around to it. These are so delicious 🙌🏻

Last recipe used walnut flour, this one uses cashew flour... while both are great, cashew flour adds an almost buttery taste and omggg!!! So good🤤

Here is the recipe for my green pancakes! . -1/4 cup of raw unsalted cashews blended into flour -1 egg -1 banana - 1/4 cup almond milk (less for thicker pancakes) -1 tablespoon of chia/flax seed blend -sprinkle of cinnamon -sprinkle of sea salt -large handful of spinach! This is what makes it green!! You cannot taste it, just makes them look fun 😋 I made the cashew flour first then added it to a large bowl and added the cinnamon, chia/flax blend and sea salt Separately,I blended the eggs, banana, spinach and almond milk Then combined all ingredients in the bowl and mixed some more Cook them over low-medium heat and you know it’s ready to flip when all the tiny bubbles have popped on top. I suggest using a non stick pan so you don’t have to use any oil but if its a must, avocado oil is great!

I topped mine with 100 percent maple syrup, 100 percent dark cacao and almond butter
